Avalon Craftsman LLC
Effective Date: October 9, 2026 · Last Updated: October 9, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, digital services, Home Passport services, Realtor Partner services, communications, and other products and services provided by Avalon Craftsman LLC ("Avalon," "we," "us," or "our") that reference these Terms.
By accessing or using Avalon services, creating an account, or purchasing or requesting an Avalon product or service, you agree to these Terms and Avalon's Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the applicable Avalon services.
1. Avalon Services
Avalon provides products and services designed to help homeowners understand, care for, maintain, improve, document, and protect their homes over time.
Avalon services may include the Avalon Home Passport, homeowner education and planning resources, property documentation, maintenance information and reminders, scheduling, home-care services, Realtor Partner services, property reports, and other related products and services.
Features and availability may change as Avalon develops and expands its services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Certain Avalon services require an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or maintaining an account and to update that information when reasonably necessary.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You should promptly notify Avalon if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
Avalon may require verification of an email address, mobile phone number, identity, professional credential, property relationship, or other information before providing access to particular services or features.
3. Avalon Home Passport
The Avalon Home Passport is a property-centered system designed to organize and preserve useful information about a home over time.
A Home Passport may contain property characteristics, systems and equipment information, maintenance records, repairs, improvements, projects, photographs, documents, warranties, service history, reminders, and other property-related information.
The Home Passport is associated with the property rather than permanently belonging to a particular homeowner.
A change in property ownership does not necessarily erase the historical property record. However, personal or private information belonging to a prior homeowner is not intended to transfer automatically to a subsequent homeowner.
Access to a Home Passport is subject to Avalon's authorization, ownership, identity, and privacy controls.
4. Property Information
Property information presented through Avalon may come from homeowners, Realtors, contractors, service providers, public records, third-party property-data providers, Avalon personnel, or other lawful sources.
Avalon works to provide useful and reliable information, but property information can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or subject to differing interpretations.
Users should independently verify information when making significant financial, legal, construction, maintenance, insurance, purchase, sale, or other decisions concerning a property.
5. Home Care Information
Avalon may provide maintenance recommendations, reminders, educational materials, observations, planning information, or other home-care guidance.
Such information is intended to assist homeowners in understanding and caring for their homes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not a substitute for an inspection, engineering evaluation, appraisal, legal opinion, licensed trade assessment, or other specialized professional service.
Conditions vary among properties. Users should obtain qualified professional assistance when appropriate.
6. Realtor Partner Services
Avalon may provide programs and services for licensed real estate professionals.
Participation in an Avalon Realtor Partner program may require verification of professional licensing, identity, contact information, brokerage affiliation, or other eligibility requirements.
Realtors are responsible for maintaining any licenses, authorizations, or professional qualifications required by applicable law.
Avalon may suspend, restrict, or review Realtor Partner privileges if professional credentials expire, become inactive, cannot be verified, or otherwise fail to meet applicable program requirements.
7. Realtor Sponsorship and Home Passport Access
A Realtor or other authorized party may be permitted to sponsor, purchase, or initiate certain Avalon products or services for a homeowner or property.
Sponsoring or purchasing a Home Passport does not, by itself, give the sponsoring Realtor unrestricted access to the homeowner's Home Passport.
Access to Home Passport information is governed separately through Avalon's identity, authorization, homeowner-control, and privacy systems.
8. Property Reports and Other Information Products
Avalon may provide reports or summaries containing property information, documented maintenance or improvement history, system information, photographs, documents, or other property-related information.
Unless expressly identified otherwise, an Avalon property report is not an appraisal, comparative market analysis, home inspection, title report, engineering report, or guarantee of property condition or value.
Real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, homeowners, lenders, insurers, and others remain responsible for obtaining any professional evaluations appropriate to their decisions.
9. Scheduling and Service Requests
Avalon may allow users to request appointments, services, consultations, or other activities.
Submitting a request does not necessarily guarantee an appointment or service until Avalon confirms it.
Appointment availability may depend on location, service area, personnel availability, property conditions, weather, scheduling capacity, and other operational factors.
10. Purchases and Payments
Certain Avalon products or services may require payment.
Prices, billing arrangements, subscriptions, memberships, sponsorships, and other commercial terms applicable to a particular purchase will be disclosed in connection with that offering.
Users agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges when making a purchase.
Additional terms may apply to particular memberships, subscriptions, promotions, or services.
11. SMS Messaging Terms
Avalon may use SMS text messaging to provide transactional and security-related communications, including one-time passcodes used to verify a mobile telephone number or authenticate an account or security-sensitive action.
Users may opt in to receive these messages by providing a mobile telephone number and following the consent or verification process presented by Avalon.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to supported Avalon SMS messages to opt out of further SMS messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS delivery is subject to wireless-carrier availability and network conditions. Avalon cannot guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or delivered within a particular period.
Opting out of SMS messages may prevent access to features or activities that require mobile-number verification or SMS-based security.
Avalon does not use consent to receive transactional verification messages as consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
For additional information about how Avalon handles personal information and mobile messaging data, please review our Privacy Policy.
12. Electronic Communications
You agree that Avalon may communicate electronically with you regarding your account, transactions, requested services, appointments, verification activities, security matters, and other operational matters.
Marketing communications, when offered, are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
13. User-Provided Content and Documents
Users may be permitted to upload photographs, documents, records, descriptions, project information, or other materials to Avalon services.
You represent that you have the right to provide materials you submit and that your submission does not knowingly violate another person's rights or applicable law.
You retain ownership of materials you own.
By submitting materials to Avalon for use with an Avalon service, you grant Avalon the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, reproduce, organize, display, and otherwise use those materials to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the applicable service.
14. Acceptable Use
You may not use Avalon services to:
- violate applicable law;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;
- gain unauthorized access to another person's account or Home Passport;
- interfere with or disrupt Avalon systems or security controls;
- introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract information without authorization;
- misuse property, homeowner, Realtor, or account information; or
- use Avalon services in a manner that infringes the rights of Avalon or others.
15. Intellectual Property
Avalon's websites, applications, software, designs, branding, logos, documentation, proprietary processes, and original content are owned by Avalon or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, no Avalon intellectual property may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, licensed, or used to create derivative commercial products without authorization.
16. Third-Party Services
Avalon may use or integrate third-party services, including providers of property information, communications, authentication, scheduling, payments, mapping, hosting, analytics, and other technology.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Avalon is not responsible for independent third-party products or services outside Avalon's control.
17. Availability and Changes
Avalon may modify, enhance, replace, suspend, or discontinue features or services as its products and operations evolve.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Where appropriate, Avalon will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to active customers and preserve important property and account information.
18. Suspension or Termination
Avalon may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, properties, Avalon systems, legal compliance, security, or the integrity of our services.
Users may stop using Avalon services at any time, subject to applicable payment, subscription, property-record, retention, or contractual obligations.
Termination of an individual's access does not necessarily require Avalon to erase legitimate property history, transaction records, security records, or information Avalon must or is permitted to retain.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Avalon services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Avalon does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information provided through the services will always be complete, current, or accurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Avalon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of Avalon services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avalon Craftsman LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of Avalon services, your material violation of these Terms, or materials you submit in violation of another person's rights.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute concerning these Terms or Avalon services will be handled in an appropriate court having jurisdiction in Alabama, unless another dispute-resolution procedure is agreed to or required by applicable law.
23. Changes to These Terms
Avalon may update these Terms as our services, operations, or legal requirements evolve.
When material changes are made, Avalon will update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
Continued use of Avalon services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
